I've been a fan of this author for years. Although I'm not into Ham Radio."Ray Tracy" is for us, the uninitiated. I read "Ray Tracy" twice and my husband once~he managed to grab it for a beach-read when the waves caught me in CostaRica.
The author's imagination? boundless. Please bring Ward to Hollywood, central Missouri and all of America (indeed the internet planet) would be graced. Just wish Ward-o would write a screen play.

The mystery story of the missing person and the detective work by Ray Tracy is interesting, and for anyone who is an Amateur Radio operator ("Ham Radio") the details, jargon and "jokes" about radio provide even more entertainment.
Just outstanding. You can read it in a few hours, if you stretch it out . . . and you'll want to. Non amateur operators will never get the references, but if you are one, you'll like this. Ward . . . . please write another . . . and another.
Ward is a good techical writer and that needs to remain his focus. Clearly he is not a novel writer as evidenced here.
